The Pinehurst Building
Developed by Pinehurst Properties in 2001 and located at the crossroads of one of the Twin Cities most noted intersections, this redevelopment project was subject to intense scrutiny at both the neighborhood and city level. Formation of a new Tax Increment Financing District assisted the acquisition of key adjoining properties and allowed this successful redevelopment at a "prime corner" in downtown Edina, Minnesota. JMW principal Paul Maenner, was then a key member of the Pinehurst development team and maintains his ownership interest in this award winning property.
