With over 25 years experience in real estate, Paul has developed expertise in the valuation, construction, development, financing, leasing and management of investment grade real estate. Paul's strength is building constituencies among public and private entities.

Development Experience:
Former partner with Pinehurst Properties, responsible for redeveloping the northeast corner of 50th & France in the vital "50th & France" District encompassing portions of Minneapolis’ Fulton neighborhood and downtown Edina, Minnesota. Also served as lead developer on the 701 East Lake Street Building in downtown Wayzata, and Cedar Point, the redevelopment of an obsolete warehouse property in St. Louis Park into a vibrantly successful neighborhood retail center.

Project Awards:
NAIOP Awards of Excellence in 2001 for the Pinehurst Building while at Pinehurst, and a 2004 Award of Excellence for JMW Property Advisors’ redevelopment of 701 East Lake Street in Downtown Wayzata, Minnesota.
