St. Louis Park, Minnesota - Cedar Point
Opening in September 2008, Cedar Point is a 12,000 square foot retail development at the confluence of Park Place, Parkdale Drive and Cedar Lake Road in densely developed St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Touching on the industrial theme of several adjacent properties, LHB Architects of Minneapolis assisted us in creating a modern retail strip center that provides highly functional and visible retail space, without replicating the tired and uninspired ‘strip center’ formula found in more suburban settings.

Because of the center’s location, appeal and market strength, we are now 100% leased with quality retailers Pei Wei Asian Diner (PF Chang), FedEx Kinko’s, Darque Tan, Fantastic Sam's, Smoothie King and Caribou Coffee Company, all of which have signed long-term commitments to become part of the project. Project features include:

• 12,000 square feet of retail space;
• 60 foot bay depths;
• A parking ratio of 9 stalls/1,000 square feet of space (that’s correct, nine stalls per 1,000 square feet of space);
• Full movement access points on Parkdale Drive and Cedar Lake Road;
