Located within the heart of Smyrna, Georgia, one of Atlanta’s most dynamic communities, this two acre in-fill site was originally purchased by Chuck Wallace and his family over 20 years ago. Adjacent to the affluent housing community of Vinings Village, the site represented a considerable development opportunity for a mixed-use office and retail project that would serve the daily needs of the area’s executive-level residents. The challenge was to combine architectural integrity complimentary to Vinings Village, while providing convenient access to customers. Today the property is home to Blackstone Restaurant, Great American Soup Company along with several consumer and professional service tenants.
