Simply put, our primary goal is to identify and implement commercial development opportunities for our partnership. As part of this, our further strategy is to own what we create.

It begins with thoughtful site selection (i.e. geographic location, demographics, infrastructure, traffic patterns, zoning, market competition) to identify property that could serve a “higher and better use” than its present condition. The challenge then becomes developing the property in a way that balances the myriad of sometimes competing goals of the City, Developer and Retailer.

Relying on our respective backgrounds and experiences, we recognize the need to be nimble and collaborative. Because we risk our own capital, we pay extraordinary attention to detail, creating successful assets that will stand the test of time. In short, we strive to be effective property stewards.

We operate two business: JMW Development, LLC, our development partnership, and JMW Property Advisors, Inc., our brokerage and advisory group. While our mission is to create investments for the partnership, we will, on a selective basis, provide third-party development services where we believe we can legitimately add value.
